Rates of clinical depression and anxiety are at all time high. The mental health crisis continues to affect many families all across America, each and every day.

Our mission is to provide funding to directly support people struggling with addiction who cannot otherwise afford help, either by supporting the afflicted people directly or by assisting those who care for them.

Fund Recovery provides access to a growing network of high-quality treatment programs.

Applicants are matched with a recovery provider near them based on the level of care they need.

Every application is reviewed by qualified recovery experts and financial assistance is given according to the applicant’s need.

HALL OF FAME FAMILY RECOVERY FUND

The Hall of Fame Family Recovery Fund is specifically designated for any former professional football player (regardless of career length), their spouse, children or siblings to receive monetary support for mental health or substance use services.
